General policies:
All bookings require a £10 non-refundable deposit that contributes towards the full cost of your appointment
Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before your appointment, if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment you will be required to pay the full balance of the service before you can book again
The cost of treatment is non-refundable
No plus ones are allowed at appointments
Please arrive at your appointment with clean lashes free of any mascara or strip lash glue residue
Patch tests:
Patch tests are recommended if you have sensitive skin/eyes or if you haven’t had eyelash extensions in the last 6 months
Patch tests must occur at least 48 hours before your appointment
Infills:
You must have at least 50% of your eyelash extensions remaining for your set to qualify as an infill, anything less will be charged as a full set
I do not offer infills for work done by other eyelash technicians, in such cases I offer a removal and full set
COVID precautions:
Please reschedule your appointment if you have any cold or covid symptoms
Lateness:
Please arrive on time for your appointment but no earlier than your scheduled time.
Lateness exceeding 10 minutes requires a £10 late fee; in some cases the appointment may be cancelled at my discretion
Product returns policy:
Products can be returned and the full payment refunded if this is communicated within 14 days of receipt
Refunds will not be processed for damaged items
Refunds will not be processed for items that are no longer wanted
