Right now, the right people aren't finding you. It doesn't matter how good your lash work is if your content isn't landing in front of the clients who'd actually book you. Reach is about fixing that: getting seen by more of the right people, consistently, so you're not relying on referrals or hoping the algorithm favours you this week.

Expert

Being skilled and being seen as skilled are two different things. Your clients need to trust that you're an expert lash tech before they even think about booking with you. Many lash techs don't know how to show their expertise through their content and this is what you learn how to do inside the programme. And no, you don't have to be years into the lash game to position yourself as an expert.

Brand

In a saturated industry, being a good lash tech isn't enough. A brand is what makes you memorable when someone's comparing five other techs who look just as good on paper. It's the thing that makes people choose you specifically. Many lash techs don't know what makes them stand out and that's what we figure out inside the programme.

Build

Building is what differentiates a lash tech from a lash business owner. Being fully booked isn't the finish line. There's so much more you can do: repeat clients, referrals, new income streams. And this is what we map out towards the end of the programme.
